We welcome Sophie to the team from February!

My name is Sophie and I graduated from Huddersfield University in 2006. I am a member of the Royal College of Podiatry and registered with the Health Professions Council. Since qualifying I have worked as a specialist Podiatrist within the NHS and more recently, fully within private practice. This has provided me with extensive skills in assessing, diagnosing and treating various foot related conditions, particularly high risk and complex cases

 I am delighted to now be offering clinic appointments and home visits for Heller Podiatry. I feel passionate about being able to provide a high level of service to clients and to promote holistic treatment planning.  Seeing the same practitioner can really help with continuity of care, something that is now becoming more rare within the NHS.  I look forward to meeting you.

Sophie will run clinics every Wednesday in our Lostock Hall Clinic and serve the Preston and South Ribble area doing home visits every Thursday morning!

Introducing our Sunday Podiatrist, Lucy. Lucy works as a Podiatrist for the NHS during the week and has honoured us by branching out and joining Heller Podiatry to continue our reliable and consistent Podiatry service on a Sunday. Lucy’s specialisms are wound care and Reflexology and we are discussing the possibility of adding Reflexology to our list of treatments in the near future. Outside of Podiatry, Lucy co-runs a wedding photography business with her husband and she has a love for travel and food and walking her 2 Lurchers.
